Colin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from the University of Washington in 2007. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2012. During law school, he gained valuable editorial experience as a Senior Editor for the Oregon Review of International Law. He served in the Prosecution Clinic with the Lane County Prosecutor’s Office.

Colin began his legal career at the Lane County Prosecutor’s Office, handling cases such as domestic violence and drug offenses. He also clerked at the Office of the United States Trustee. His early work in criminal law gave him a solid foundation in courtroom advocacy, which he later applied in civil litigation roles defending individuals, corporations, and insurance carriers.

In 2019, Colin shifted exclusively to representing injured plaintiffs, using his deep understanding of insurance defense strategies to build strong cases for victims.
