Colin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from the University of Washington in 2007. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2012. During law school, he gained valuable editorial experience as a Senior Editor for the Oregon Review of International Law. He served in the Prosecution Clinic with the Lane County Prosecutor’s Office.

Colin launched his legal career at the Lane County Prosecutor’s Office, where he handled a wide range of criminal cases, including domestic violence and drug offenses. He also gained federal experience clerking for the Office of the United States Trustee. This early criminal law background built his strong courtroom advocacy skills, which he now leverages in civil litigation, defending individuals, businesses, and insurance companies.

In 2019, Colin shifted exclusively to representing injured plaintiffs, using his deep understanding of insurance defense strategies to build strong cases for victims.
