Thomas Keith Mirabile brings decades of experience to clients navigating immigration law, bankruptcy matters, federal litigation, and administrative proceedings. His practice includes representing individuals and companies before USCIS, the Department of Labor, Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Embassies and Consulates, and federal district and bankruptcy courts nationwide. Known for clear guidance and strong advocacy, he works to protect client interests in complex legal situations at every stage of a case.
Mirabile earned a B.A. from Northern Illinois University, an M.A. from Northeastern Illinois University, a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law, and an LL.M. from DePaul University College of Law.
Over the course of his career, Mirabile has been admitted to practice in numerous state and federal courts, including Oklahoma, Illinois, Arizona, multiple federal districts, the U.S. Court of Claims, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Seventh and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals. His broad admissions allow him to handle complex, multi-jurisdictional issues with confidence. He has long been a member of AILA and has held leadership roles within professional organizations, including serving as chair of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s International and Immigration Law Section.
Thomas Keith Mirabile has also built a respected academic career. He has served on the faculty of Oklahoma City University School of Law, lectured internationally, and taught graduate-level courses in Singapore, China, and multiple U.S. institutions. His published works reflect his focus on international law and global policy. Through teaching, writing, and practice, he continues to provide informed, effective representation to clients facing important legal challenges.
