Jessica Grady

Jessica Grady has built her practice around helping individuals and families regain financial stability through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Since 2004, she has handled more than 3,500 cases, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges clients face when debt becomes overwhelming. Jessica earned her B.A. in Government from St. Lawrence University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She went on to receive her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. This strong academic foundation, paired with decades of hands-on bankruptcy experience, allows her to provide guidance that is thorough, strategic, and grounded in practical knowledge.

Throughout her career, Jessica has been active in professional organizations that support consumer debtors and bankruptcy reform. She is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. Her professional memberships include the New York State Bar Association, Onondaga County Bar Association, Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association—where she serves as Vice President—and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
