Thomas J. Nichols is a seasoned legal professional with more than four decades of experience representing businesses across various industries. Thomas began his academic journey at Marquette University, earning his B.A. in 1976. He continued at Marquette University Law School, receiving his J.D. in 1979 while serving as Student Articles Editor for the Marquette Law Review. In 1983, he became a Certified Public Accountant, further expanding his financial and legal expertise.

Thomas focuses his practice on tax law and business entity law, guiding clients through complex issues involving S corporations, C corporations, partnerships, and other business structures. He also advises on estate tax, self-employment tax, and income tax matters, ensuring compliance while optimizing outcomes for clients in various sectors.
