Thomas A. Foley

Thomas A. Foley has dedicated his legal career exclusively to criminal defense since 1989. With decades of courtroom experience, he is recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an honor reserved for outstanding trial attorneys in the United States and Canada. Foley earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1989, after completing his B.S. at Miami University in 1982. Before practicing law, he served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he worked as an infantry officer for more than four years. Foley began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Delaware Department of Justice, serving as a Deputy Attorney General until 1995.
