Richard Zemble is an experienced criminal defense attorney dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals across Delaware. His practice spans the full range of criminal law, from DUI and traffic offenses to serious felony charges. Zemble represents clients in all state courts, including Justice of the Peace Court, Family Court, Court of Common Pleas, Alderman’s Court, and Superior Court. Based in Wilmington, he serves clients in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties.
Zemble earned his J.D. from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, where he was active in student leadership as a Senator and Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and contributed to the International and Comparative Law Journal. Prior to law school, he received his B.A. in Psychology with Distinction from the University of Michigan, where he developed the analytical and problem-solving skills that continue to inform his approach to legal advocacy.
Since being admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2002, Zemble has expanded his practice credentials with admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2003 and the New Jersey Bar in 2008. His multi-state licensure provides clients with the benefit of representation that spans regional court systems.
