Theane Evangelis

Theane Evangelis is a nationally recognized litigator with extensive experience handling major appellate and trial matters across the country. Theane has successfully argued cases before the Supreme Court of the United States and led high-profile legal battles on behalf of global companies, local governments, and public figures.

Theane earned her Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, cum laude, from Georgetown University. She then received her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and earning the University Graduation Prize for the highest GPA. While in law school, she was Managing Editor of the NYU Law Review.

Theane began her career clerking for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and later for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor at the U.S. Supreme Court. She has since built a legal career at the highest levels, gaining national recognition for her appellate and employment litigation work. Her reputation includes successfully defending companies like Uber, Grubhub, Reddit, and Kimberly-Clark in complex class actions and constitutional challenges.
