Ted Kaplun

Ted Kaplun is a founding partner at KaplunMarx who focuses exclusively on personal injury law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He represents people injured in auto accidents, premises liability incidents, workplace accidents, medical malpractice matters, birth injury cases, nursing home and elder abuse matters, tractor-trailer collisions, bus accidents, and negligent security claims. Ted earned both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from Temple University.
