Ian O’Shea

Ian O’Shea is an experienced attorney representing clients in real estate transactions, criminal defense, and personal injury cases. Ian earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communication from the College of Charleston in 2007, where he was also a member of the Men’s Soccer team. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor at the Charleston School of Law in 2012. These academic experiences provided him with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, advocacy, and communication skills that continue to shape his legal career.

Ian is admitted to practice in South Carolina (2012), New York (2014), the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina (2013), and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit (2023). He began his career at a small plaintiffs’ firm before founding O’Shea Law Firm, LLC, where he developed a practice built on responsiveness, client trust, and results.
