Tatiana T. Dennis is a shareholder attorney whose practice focuses on immigration law, school law, and employment law. Tatiana earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2013, following her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Linguistics, French, and English from Southern Federal University (formerly Rostov State University) in Russia (2004). A certified Texas educator since 2006, she brings a unique perspective to her education law practice, combining her background as a French teacher with her legal expertise to advise public and private schools on student and employment policies, hiring international educators, and maintaining Form I-9 compliance.
In her immigration practice, Tatiana assists clients with temporary worker visas (H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, TN, R-1), student and exchange visitor visas (F-1, J-1), family and employment-based permanent residency, naturalization, and citizenship applications. She also represents businesses in employment-based immigration matters, including PERM labor certifications, I-9 compliance, and corporate policy development. Her multilingual abilities—English, Russian, French, and conversational Spanish—allow her to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.
