Tanya Sellers

Tanya Sellers is an attorney with strong experience in estate planning, elder law, and estate and trust administration. She joined the profession in 2015 and has since handled estate administrations, asset protection strategies, and long-term care planning. Her practice is centered on helping families manage critical legal matters with clarity and precision.

Tanya began her academic path at the University of Delaware, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2001. She advanced her legal studies at Widener University School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2012. While in law school, she contributed to the Widener University Law Review as an Associate Editor from 2010 to 2012, further developing her analytical and writing skills.

Tanya has also shared her insights through published legal writing. She authored The Unbefriended: Making Healthcare Decisions for Patients without Surrogates (Parts 1 and 2), featured on the Social Science Research Network. This work highlights her focus on complex issues surrounding healthcare decisions and guardianship, adding depth to her expertise in elder law and estate planning.
