John Gibson

John Gibson has built a respected career representing clients in civil litigation and healthcare law, as well as insurance and personal injury defense. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Newman University before completing his J.D. at Washburn University School of Law in 1972. While in law school, he served as associate editor of the Washburn Law Journal. These academic achievements provided the foundation for a career dedicated to both litigation and transactional law across multiple practice areas.

John’s work extends beyond traditional courtroom matters. He advises on estate planning tools such as wills, trusts, transfer-on-death deeds, and powers of attorney, often coordinating these with business succession planning.
