T. Mr. Hoekenschnieder earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, graduating cum laude from the University of North Alabama. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While in law school, he was selected as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow, a role recognizing his academic excellence and leadership.

Mr. Hoekenschniede enhanced his litigation and advocacy experience through participation on the Richard L. Jones National Moot Court Team and by holding a leadership role as Associate Justice with the Henry Upson Sims Executive Moot Court Board.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hoekenschnieder practiced law in Birmingham, Alabama, gaining early experience in estate and business matters that inform his current practice. Licensed to practice in Alabama, he now advises clients across the Huntsville area, ensuring they are well-prepared for both personal and professional legal challenges.
