T. Mr. Hoekenschnieder earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, graduating cum laude from the University of North Alabama. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While in law school, he was selected as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow, a role recognizing his academic excellence and leadership.

Mr. Hoekenschniede enhanced his litigation and advocacy experience through participation on the Richard L. Jones National Moot Court Team and by holding a leadership role as Associate Justice with the Henry Upson Sims Executive Moot Court Board.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Hoekenschnieder practiced law in Birmingham, Alabama, where he built a strong foundation in estate planning and business law that directly supports his current practice. Now licensed in Alabama and serving clients throughout the Huntsville area, he provides strategic legal guidance tailored to both personal and business needs.
