Suzannah Peek

Suzannah Peek is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group at McLain & Merritt, P.C., based in the firm’s Alpharetta office. She assists with residential and commercial real estate closings for builders, lenders, buyers, and sellers. Her work supports clients as they move through the documentation and coordination required to complete property transactions, with attention to the needs of different parties to a closing.

Peek earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2025. During law school, she participated in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She previously received a BBA in Music Business, cum laude, from Belmont University in 2019. Her business and legal education provides a foundation for understanding agreements, transaction processes, and the practical obligations that accompany real estate transfers.

Her legal experience includes internships completed during law school, among them a Business & Legal Affairs internship with Sony Music Entertainment in New York. That work introduced her to contractual and business issues before she began focusing on real estate closings. At McLain & Merritt, she assists parties involved in residential and commercial property transfers, including builders and institutional lenders as well as individual buyers and sellers.

Suzannah Peek was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2025. She is involved with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. These professional connections align with her real estate practice and the clients she serves. Her role centers on helping transactions proceed through the legal closing process with appropriate documents and clear attention to each party’s responsibilities.
