Susan M. Moss

Susan M. Moss is a respected partner at Chemtob Moss Forman & Beyda, LLP, where she practices in all areas of family and matrimonial law. She is skilled at negotiating fair settlements for her clients and is an aggressive litigator when trial becomes necessary. Susan earned her B.S.E. and B.A. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 and went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Chicago in 1994, where she was Managing Editor of the University of Chicago Roundtable Law Journal. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut (1995) and New Jersey (1996).

Susan’s peers and clients recognize her as a leader in matrimonial law. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), a distinction given to family law attorneys known for professionalism and skill.
