Susan E. Hutchison

Susan E. Hutchison is a partner at Hutchison & Foreman, PLLC, a respected law firm with offices in Fort Worth and Lubbock, Texas. With over 35 years of legal experience, Ms. Hutchison represents individuals in employment law, personal injury, and civil rights cases. Her firm serves clients throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Missouri. She is known for standing up to corporations, insurance companies, and government entities in defense of her clients’ rights.

Susan Hutchison earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was an Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and received the Judge Mead F. Griffin Award for her professionalism and commitment to justice.

Ms. Hutchison began her legal career at Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller, where she focused on employment defense. In 1994, she started her own law firm, choosing to represent only plaintiffs in employment and personal injury matters. She has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1993, a mark of her deep knowledge and experience.

Susan has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer multiple times and has been recognized as a “Top Attorney” in Fort Worth every year since 2003. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and all Texas state and federal district courts.

Susan actively supports the legal community through her service on the Board of Directors for the State Bar of Texas Labor & Employment Section and her past presidency of the Tarrant County Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section. She is a member of both the National and Texas Employment Lawyers Associations.
