Susan represents clients across industries, including consumer products, medical diagnostics, hospitality, and retail services.

Susan earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1999 and holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Colorado State University. Her legal expertise, combined with her scientific background, allows her to navigate complex patent applications and enforcement strategies effectively.

With over two decades of experience, Susan has filed and prosecuted thousands of trademark applications, helping businesses establish and protect their brands worldwide. She provides comprehensive trademark portfolio management, clearance searches, and litigation representation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Her expertise extends to domain name enforcement and counterfeit protection, ensuring businesses safeguard their digital assets.

Licensed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Susan offers patent searches, application preparation, prosecution, and portfolio management. She works on patent licensing, commercialization agreements, and freedom-to-operate opinions, guiding businesses through the patent process.
