Chelle earned her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2018, where she was involved in Law Review and Moot Court. She also holds an M.S. in Anthropology from the University of Oregon (2018) and a B.A. in Anthropology, Art History, and English Literature from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh (2012). She was the Commencement Speaker and a recipient of the Chancellor’s Award. Chelle is licensed to practice law in Oregon, the District of Oregon, and Washington.

Before joining Gleaves Swearingen LLP, Chelle built a strong legal foundation as a judicial clerk for the Lane County Circuit Court and as in-house counsel for a financial services group. Chelle also represents clients in intellectual property and technology law, helping them protect, monetize, and enforce their creative, digital, and commercial assets.
