Sue Swanson

Sue Swanson is the founder and CEO of Swanson Law Office in Grand Forks, North Dakota, where she leads a practice devoted to immigration law and criminal defense. With decades of legal experience, Sue represents clients in various immigration matters, including removal defense, family- and employment-based petitions, humanitarian visas, waivers, and work visa applications. She also advocates for victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes, helping them pursue legal protections under federal immigration law.

Sue’s legal work extends to criminal defense in federal, state, and municipal courts, where she represents clients in cases involving re-entry after deportation, fraudulent documentation, and immigration-related criminal charges.
