Sue Swanson is the founder and CEO of Swanson Law Office in Grand Forks, North Dakota, where she leads a practice devoted to immigration law and criminal defense. With decades of legal experience, Sue represents clients in various immigration matters, including removal defense, family- and employment-based petitions, humanitarian visas, waivers, and work visa applications. She also advocates for victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes, helping them pursue legal protections under federal immigration law.
