Stuart M. Collis, Esq. is a partner at Collis, Griffor & Hendra and a highly experienced attorney serving clients across Michigan and beyond. He represents individuals and businesses in family law, collections, civil litigation, bankruptcy, and criminal matters. His practice reflects more than two decades of courtroom, advisory, and appellate experience.
Stuart earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and later received his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University–Cooley Law School. He graduated cum laude, ranked in the top 17 percent of his class, and served on the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Law Review, demonstrating strong academic and analytical achievement.
Stuart is licensed to practice law in Michigan, New York, and Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before multiple federal courts, including the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Southern District of Indiana, the United States Tax Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
