Adam E. Schramm

Adam E. Schramm is the founder and sole practitioner of Schramm Law Group, LLC, serving clients in DuPage County and across Illinois. He represents individuals who need clear legal guidance and strong advocacy in personal injury law, real estate, driver’s license reinstatement, DUI defense, and wills and powers of attorney matters. His practice is focused on balancing the scales for clients who have been injured, treated unfairly, or placed in difficult legal situations. Mr. Schramm earned his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 2013. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, earning a B.A. in 2008. His academic background includes a major in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies, which provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, research, and public policy.

Mr. Schramm, after being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2014, also gained admission to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He built his legal career by handling a wide range of civil and injury-related matters, allowing him to understand both the legal and practical challenges clients face. His experience includes representing injured individuals in claims involving vehicle accidents, unsafe property conditions, workplace injuries, and other acts of negligence.

Mr. Schramm has helped clients recover compensation for medical expenses, lost income, and long-term care needs while also guiding families through real estate transactions and estate planning decisions.
