Stewart began his academic journey at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude in 1976. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1980, where he served on the Law Review and received the Barristers Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. His early dedication to trial skills set the foundation for his future success.

Stewart’s career includes extensive experience litigating auto defect and crashworthiness cases, focusing on unsafe seatbelts, airbags, roofs, tires, and SUV rollovers. He also handles medical malpractice claims, including negligence in emergency rooms, birth injuries, surgical errors, and delayed cancer diagnoses.
