Steven H. Fagan

Steven H. Fagan has dedicated more than 25 years to practicing law across the Chicago area. His courtroom experience ranges from traffic violations to complex felony criminal and DUI trials. Equally skilled outside the courtroom, he also represents clients in residential real estate matters, ensuring smooth and legally sound property transactions.

A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Steven earned his political science degree before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to his formal bar admission, he prosecuted municipal cases for Arlington Heights under a special Supreme Court of Illinois certificate—an early sign of his courtroom strength and legal acumen.

Throughout his career, Steven has focused heavily on criminal litigation, DUI defense, and appellate work. For over a decade, his legal efforts were devoted exclusively to defending clients in criminal and traffic trials.
