Nicholas Ktenas

Nicholas Ktenas is a dedicated Illinois attorney serving clients throughout the Chicagoland area in both criminal defense and real estate law. Nicholas earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude and finishing in the top 10 of his class. While in law school, he served as a 711 Licensed Law Clerk in the Felony Division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Markham, Illinois. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2017 and is licensed to practice in both the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois.

Nicholas focuses his legal practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as criminal defense. He has successfully managed hundreds of real estate closings, particularly in Cook, Will, and DuPage Counties. His prosecutorial background gives him a strong, strategic advantage in defending clients facing criminal charges.
