Steven A. Rosenblum is a partner and co-chair of the Corporate Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, governance matters, takeover defense, and shareholder activism. Steven earned a B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Harvard University in 1978, before receiving his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1982. Following graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Joseph L. Tauro of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, gaining invaluable insight into the judicial process and analytical precision.
Steven’s practice includes advising public companies, boards, and special committees on complex M&A transactions, proxy contests, joint ventures, and securities law issues.
