Kenneth D. Federman, Esq., is a founding partner of Rothberg, Federman & Hollister, with a dynamic legal practice spanning commercial litigation, business and corporate law, real estate transactions, and PACA matters. He also represents taxpayers before the IRS and advises clients on estate planning and complex transactional work with a business-centric approach.
Kenneth earned his Bachelor of Science from Temple University in 1980 and later earned his Master of Science in Taxation in 1988. He completed his Juris Doctor degree at Widener University School of Law in 1993, graduating Magna Cum Laude. His strong academic foundation in taxation and law enables him to navigate both legal and financial complexities.
Since being admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars in 1993, Kenneth has built a reputation for excellence in real estate law. He manages every stage of a transaction, from drafting sophisticated agreements to reviewing and issuing title insurance policies. His deep understanding of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act further adds to his unique industry experience.
Kenneth is a member of the Pennsylvania, American, and Bucks County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Supreme Courts, several U.S. Courts of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, and Federal District Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This wide-ranging admission portfolio reflects his authority in both trial and appellate advocacy.
Before entering the legal field, Kenneth D. Federman served as a Certified Public Accountant, working as an Audit Supervisor at Laventhol & Horwath and later as Vice President of Finance at watch manufacturers Jules Jurgensen/Rhapsody, Inc., and Tropex Inc. His prior financial leadership roles continue to inform his strategic and transactional legal services, giving his clients an added edge.
