About
James J. Veneruso has built a long career as a trusted attorney with deep experience in real estate, business work, zoning, and finance. For more than three decades, he has advised companies of all sizes on deals, development plans, and legal issues tied to property and growth. His approach is clear, steady, and focused on solving problems in a practical way that supports clients facing complex choices.
James gained his academic base through a B.A. from Iona College before earning his J.D. from Widener University School of Law (Cum Laude). During law school, he served as Associate Editor of the Delaware Corporate Law Review and later joined the founding board of editors for the Pace Law Review, while also contributing as an Associate Editor to the Westchester Law Journal. He helps businesses handle purchases, sales, leases, and funding efforts for commercial projects. His guidance supports companies as they navigate local rules, negotiate terms, and plan for long-term goals. By explaining each step in clear language, he makes complex requirements easier for clients to manage. This steady support helps them move forward with confidence.
