Steve Zimmerman

Steve earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Digital Media from Baylor University. His education helped build the foundation for his analytical skills and courtroom advocacy.

During law school, Steve was a varsity member of both mock trial and moot court teams, competing at a national level. He also received the CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in legal writing and research, reflecting his strong academic performance.

Steve began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, where he prosecuted and tried felony cases of all levels. He also developed and managed a pre trial diversion program that helped divert hundreds of individuals from the criminal justice system.
