Scott Magee

Scott Magee serves as Of Counsel at Smith & Vinson Law Firm and brings more than two decades of experience in private practice. His work has focused on litigation across a wide range of matters, including criminal defense, personal injury, professional liability, and family law disputes. He has handled motorcycle accidents and other cases from investigation through trial, helping clients understand their options and build strong legal strategies designed to protect their rights and interests in challenging legal situations, providing effective and reliable representation.

Scott earned his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 15% of his class.
