Steve N. Gatzoulis

Steve N. Gatzoulis is a shareholder at Evans & Mullinix, P.A., where he focuses on helping clients resolve financial disputes and recover debts. Since beginning his legal career in the Kansas City area in 2005, he has built a strong practice representing businesses and individuals in matters related to creditor rights, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and collections. His work centers on helping clients secure payment for services or obligations while guiding them through complex legal processes in both state and federal courts in collection law, creditor rights, and commercial litigation and real estate law

Mr. Gatzoulis earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2005. He also holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, which he completed in 2001. His academic background combines legal education with a strong understanding of business principles. This foundation enables him to address legal matters affecting companies, financial institutions, and individuals involved in business and contractual relationships.

Mr. Gatzoulis assists clients with negotiating, litigating, and enforcing debts in Kansas and Missouri in his practice. He represents clients in both state and federal courts and handles a wide range of matters related to creditors’ rights and commercial disputes. His legal services also extend to general business law matters, including contract issues, financial services matters, and other commercial legal concerns.
