Nathan Klinger focuses his legal practice on helping individuals resolve complex family law matters. His work includes cases involving dissolutions, parenting time disputes, custody matters, restraining orders, and financial support issues. With careful legal guidance, he works to protect families’ interests while addressing sensitive legal challenges.
Nathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Liberty University. He later pursued his Juris Doctor at Willamette University College of Law. During law school, he also completed a Certificate in Sustainable Environmental, Energy, and Resources Law, expanding his understanding of regulatory and environmental legal issues.
Nathan developed experience across several legal fields early in his career. As a law clerk, he worked with municipal and Constitutional law at a City Attorney’s office. His experience also included water rights and environmental law at a Water Law office, along with family law and landlord-tenant matters at a general practice firm.
Nathan later worked as an independently contracted attorney, handling a range of family law matters. His legal work involved dissolutions, parenting disputes, custody arrangements, and support cases. He also addressed tort law issues and consumer protection matters connected to Oregon’s Unlawful Trade Practices Act and Lemon Law.
Nathan Klinger continues to use his legal knowledge and practical experience to assist clients in navigating complicated legal situations. By combining experience in family law with broader exposure to municipal, environmental, and consumer law matters, Nathan provides thoughtful legal support while helping individuals work toward stable and effective resolutions.
