Anne Sherwood

Anne Sherwood is a dedicated attorney and partner at Morrison Sherwood Wilson & Deola, PLLP, who focuses on protecting the rights of individuals across Montana. Her legal practice covers consumer protection, civil rights law, employment disputes, personal injury, intellectual property, and constitutional matters. Anne earned her J.D. (with Honors) from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana. She also holds an M.A. (summa cum laude) in Communication Studies from the University of Montana, where she focused on rhetoric. In addition, she completed her B.A. (summa cum laude) at the University of Montana. During law school, she gained practical experience working with the Montana Office of the Commissioner of Political Practices and the Attorney General’s Office’s Consumer Protection Division.

Anne began her legal career with a strong focus on advocacy and litigation. She joined Morrison Sherwood Wilson & Deola, PLLP after graduating from law school and quickly built a reputation for representing individuals in complex legal matters. She has handled cases involving consumer rights, employment law issues, civil rights, and injury claims. She works to ensure that clients understand their legal options and receive fair treatment under the law.

Anne Sherwood has received recognition from respected organizations for her work in the legal field. She received the Outstanding New Lawyer Award from the Montana Trial Lawyers Association for her trial work and dedication to advocating for individuals. She was also selected for the American Bar Association’s Steiger Fellowship in consumer protection law and the ABA’s Ms. JD National Fellow. Through her legal practice and professional involvement, Anne continues to support and represent individuals across Montana.
