Stephen Thorpe

Stephen Thorpe is a Portland-based attorney whose practice includes business law, real estate transactions, and land use issues. Stephen began his academic path with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2011. He later earned his J.D., cum laude, from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2019, where he was inducted into the Cornelius Honor Society. His academic background strengthens his analytical and communication skills, both essential in legal practice.

Stephen is active in several legal associations. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar Leadership Institute and the American Bar Association. He also served as Vice Chair of the Land Use Planning and Zoning Committee and contributed to the Oregon State Bar’s Real Estate and Land Use Section. His involvement keeps him current with legal developments.

Stephen regularly shares his knowledge through speaking engagements and legal publications. His CLE presentations have covered tort law, self-defense laws, and emerging technology in law.
