John P. Aldrich

John P. Aldrich is the founding attorney of Aldrich Law Firm, Ltd. in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a legal career spanning over two decades. He focuses on commercial litigation, plaintiff personal injury, complex civil matters, insurance defense, and appellate advocacy. Licensed in Nevada, Utah, and Idaho, John is known for his effective courtroom representation and strategic legal counsel in high-stakes cases across state and federal courts.

John earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1999 and holds a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University, completed in 1995.

Before founding his firm, John worked at a prominent Las Vegas law firm and clerked for both the Clark County District Attorney’s Office and the Idaho Attorney General’s Office. He has handled more than 50 arbitration hearings, numerous post-trial motions, and over 30 appellate briefs submitted to courts in Nevada and Idaho. He has argued successfully before the Nevada Supreme Court, Idaho Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
