Melinda A. Bialzik is an experienced litigator with a strong focus on trial and appellate matters. Her practice includes representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation, from initial investigation through trial, appeal, and alternative dispute resolution. She also handles disputes involving antitrust, employment, contracts, and commercial real estate.

Melinda earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Lawrence University and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She then obtained her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she represented low-income clients as a member of the Harvard Defenders. Her academic background reflects a longstanding commitment to excellence in legal education and public service.

Melinda has argued cases in both state and federal courts, including the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
