Stephen D. Apolinsky

Stephen D. Apolinsky is the founder of Apolinsky & Associates, LLC and is widely recognized as one of the top trial lawyers in America. Over the course of his career, he has tried more than 80 cases to verdict before judges and juries. He has also successfully negotiated more than 300 cases, including several recoveries exceeding one million dollars and many six-figure settlements for injured clients.

Stephen earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1983 and returned to the South to earn his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1987. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, Alabama, and the District of Columbia. He is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and several respected professional legal associations.

Throughout his career, Stephen has achieved significant results in complex, high-stakes litigation. His accomplishments include a $10 million settlement for catastrophic injuries caused by an apartment fire and a $7.3 million verdict for a business owner against the City of Atlanta. He has also resolved wrongful death, negligent security, catastrophic injury, and commercial trucking cases against major corporations and property owners.
