Spencer L. Edelman concentrates his legal practice in creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. He helps clients, including banks, private lenders, and professionals, recover secured and unsecured debts. Spencer earned his Bachelor of Arts in History cum laude from Macalester College in 2006. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona in 2009. From 2013 to 2014, he served as a law clerk for United States Bankruptcy Judge David Thuma, gaining valuable court experience early in his legal journey.
Spencer advises clients on matters related to title disputes, equipment financing, and vehicle repossession. His litigation practice covers product liability, including asbestos defense, contract disputes, and landlord-tenant issues. He also handles legal concerns tied to natural resources and commercial real estate transactions.

He frequently volunteers with the Wills for Heroes program, offering free wills to first responders. He also supports initiatives like the Volunteer Attorney Project and Law La Palooza legal fairs.
