Sina earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a minor in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2018. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2022, where he further developed his interest in immigration law and legal advocacy.
Following law school, Sina spent a formative year practicing in Portland, Oregon, under the mentorship of veteran attorney Erick Widman. There, he handled complex immigration cases, building expertise in client counseling, case strategy, and navigating USCIS and immigration court proceedings—skills that now guide his work in federal and administrative forums.
Sina is licensed to practice in the State of Oregon, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). His multi-jurisdictional practice allows him to serve clients with diverse immigration needs at multiple levels of the legal system.
