Janie Sapon is the founder and lead attorney at Sapon Immigration, where she offers comprehensive immigration legal services to both corporate and individual clients. With over a decade of experience, she has developed a reputation for delivering tailored, high-quality counsel in employment-based, family-based, and compliance-focused immigration matters.

Janie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville in 2011 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and International Business from Western Kentucky University. Her education, combined with early hands-on experience at a law firm, laid the foundation for her full-service immigration practice.

Janie’s work encompasses a wide range of cases, including TN, H-1B, H-2A/B, H-3, J-1, O-1, and R-1 visas; PERM labor certifications; I-140 and I-130 petitions; green card applications; consular processing; and hardship and inadmissibility waivers.
