Sidney L. Gold

Sidney L. Gold is the principal shareholder of “The Gold Law Firm P.C.”, where he has built a distinguished career representing clients in employment and civil rights litigation across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With decades of legal experience, he has earned national recognition for his dedication to protecting the rights of both employees and employers under federal and state laws.

Sidney earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1972 and received his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1975. His academic foundation laid the groundwork for a successful legal practice focused on employment discrimination, labor law, and constitutional rights in the workplace.

Throughout his career, Sidney has represented both private and public sector clients, including municipalities and universities, and served as lead counsel in a landmark national class action against Abercrombie & Fitch. He regularly counsels clients on compliance with Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA, and litigates high-stakes cases involving workplace harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation.

Sidney is a widely published legal commentator and lecturer, having written extensively for “The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly” and presented for the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
