Robert P. Weiner

Robert P. Weiner is an accomplished attorney with over five decades of legal experience, concentrating his practice on serious personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and business law. As Of Counsel since 2019, he continues to advocate for clients in high-stakes matters involving auto and truck accidents, dog bites, and liquor liability while advising businesses on corporate structuring, contracts, and compliance.

Mr. Weiner graduated first in his class from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law with distinction and began practicing law in 1973. Early in his career, he successfully argued Williams v. Williams before the Ohio Supreme Court and defended a client in Ohio’s first post-reinstatement death penalty case. His litigation achievements also include defending a film distributor in an obscenity prosecution and representing a U.S. defense contractor in a significant Buy American Act claim.

After relocating to Philadelphia in 1976, Robert P. Weiner continued to grow his personal injury and business litigation practice. He played a key role in federal injunction cases under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act and helped establish legal protections for independent service station dealers. He also defended a dealers’ association in a federal antitrust class action, effectively ending the case at the certification stage.

In 1983, Mr. Weiner opened his firm, where he secured multiple seven-figure recoveries in personal injury cases, including wrongful death and traumatic brain injuries. His work has led to substantial settlements, systemic employment policy changes, and justice for corporate negligence and misconduct victims.

Licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio (inactive), Robert P. Weiner has litigated in federal and state courts. He serves as a judge pro tem and arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and is a member of several professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
