Alexandra Miron is an experienced immigration attorney who has built her career on guiding individuals and families through the complexities of U.S. immigration law. She has represented clients in proceedings before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and the Board of Immigration Appeals, helping people navigate challenges and secure their legal rights.
Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies, graduating summa cum laude from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in New York. Licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey, she is also an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the New York Bar Foundation, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Alexandra’s legal career began at the Law Office of Raymond D’Uva, where she worked alongside Raymond D’Uva for several years before co-founding her own practice. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Romanian, she is able to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure that language barriers do not prevent them from receiving effective representation.
