Shelly M. Leeke is the founder and managing attorney of the Shelly Leeke Law Firm, LLC, a leading personal injury law firm serving clients across South Carolina. With more than two decades of experience, Shelly has helped countless individuals who have suffered injuries in accidents get the compensation and justice they deserve. Her firm handles a wide range of cases, including car and truck accidents, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, workplace injuries, and mass torts. Known for her commitment to her clients, Shelly tirelessly advocates for accident victims and holds insurance companies accountable.

Shelly earned her B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Government from Wofford College in 1999. She later received her J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2002.

Before founding her firm, Shelly worked at Morris Bart, PLC, one of Louisiana’s largest personal injury firms, where she represented hundreds of injury victims and achieved high client satisfaction. She also gained defense-side experience at Blue Williams, LLP, where she represented insurance companies in personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. Her well-rounded legal background includes clerking for the State Supreme Court in Louisiana.

Shelly M. Leeke has written educational articles for accident victims and published The South Carolina Accident Book, a comprehensive guide to navigating the personal injury legal process.
