Kimberly Larsen Rider is a seasoned attorney whose practice centers on insurance defense litigation. She handles a wide range of cases involving first-party coverage, bad faith claims, and third-party defense matters. Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English, graduating cum laude from Villanova University. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. Her strong academic training underpins her methodical and analytical handling of complex legal disputes.

Before focusing exclusively on insurance defense, Kimberly practiced civil litigation and criminal defense across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in Washington State, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, the U.S. District Courts for Rhode Island and the Western District of Washington, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Among her notable cases, Kimberly successfully defended a jury verdict in Lock v. American Family Insurance Company, reducing a potential $800,000 bad faith damages claim to $40,000. In Farmers v. FirstChoice Chiropractic, she helped obtain a $250,000 settlement in a federal RICO and fraud action, demonstrating her effectiveness in complex and high-value litigation.
