Shawn M. Dellegar

Shawn M. Dellegar is a seasoned intellectual property attorney, director, and Vice President of Administration in Crowe & Dunlevy’s Tulsa office. He helps technology-focused manufacturers, contractors, startups, small businesses, and corporations protect ideas, manage IP portfolios, and solve complex business issues with practical legal guidance.

Shawn earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2005. He served as vice president and founding member of the Information Technology Society. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Chemistry from the University of Tulsa in 2000.

Shawn handles domestic and international patent and trademark portfolios, licensing, due diligence, and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office proceedings. His work covers many fields, including lithium and mineral extraction, wastewater treatment, combustion equipment, image processing, 3D printing, precision agriculture, functional foods, dental devices, and industrial processes.
