Neil D. Braslow

Neil D. Braslow is the Owner and Managing Partner of Braslow Legal, P.L.L.C., where he focuses on business law, intellectual property law, sports and entertainment law, and employment law. He advises individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations on a wide range of legal matters. Known for his practical approach, he helps clients understand complex legal issues and develop effective solutions that support their goals. His broad legal background allows him to assist clients across different industries while helping them manage risk and remain compliant with applicable laws.

Neil earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2009, graduating summa cum laude. He later obtained his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center in 2012. His strong academic foundation prepared him for a diverse legal career and provided the knowledge needed to advise clients on complex legal and business matters.

Neil has gained experience in several areas of law throughout his legal career. He worked at a First Amendment law firm where he advised clients on business, entertainment, intellectual property, internet, and gaming law matters. He also practiced at an administrative law firm in New Jersey, handling municipal, regulatory, and transactional matters for emergency service organizations and nonprofit entities. In addition, he served as General Counsel for both a construction company and a hospitality company, providing guidance on corporate and operational legal issues.

Neil has professional experience that also includes work in the sports and entertainment industry. Early in his career, he worked with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he helped develop a pre-fight drug testing program. He also gained experience with the Florida Panthers and the Greater Orlando Sports Commission. These roles helped strengthen his understanding of sports and entertainment law.
