Shauna T. Hagan

Shauna T. Hagan is an accomplished Delaware attorney focusing exclusively on family law. She has served clients in matters such as divorce, custody, visitation, and support, providing effective representation with compassion and clarity. Her career reflects both advocacy in the courtroom and service to the legal and broader community.

Shauna earned her Bachelor of Arts in History, graduating cum laude with Honors Program Distinction from The University of Tampa in 2001. While there, she was awarded the Spartan Award for Leadership and recognized through multiple honor societies. She continued her education at Widener University School of Law, completing her Juris Doctor in 2004 and later gaining admission to the Delaware Bar.

Shauna’s professional involvement has included active membership in the Delaware State Bar Association. She is part of the Women in the Law Section, the LGBT Section, and the Melson Arsht Inn of Court, where she contributes as Secretary/Treasurer of the Executive Committee. She is also a member of the St. Thomas More Society.

Shauna has consistently devoted time to pro bono service. She volunteers with Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, Child Inc.’s DVAP program, and the Office of the Child Advocate. Her dedication earned recognition with the Christopher J. White Distinguished Access to Justice Award for Commitment. She has volunteered with the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay in leadership and advisory roles, receiving the Honor Pin in 2015 for exceptional service.
