Sharlene Aitken

Sharlene Aitken is a Denver attorney and founder of Aitken Law LLC whose practice focuses on civil appeals. Since early 2006, she has concentrated on prosecuting and defending appellate matters in the Colorado Supreme Court, Colorado Court of Appeals, and Colorado district courts. She works with trial counsel as a consultant, co-counsel, or lead appellate lawyer. Her work includes addressing judgments, legal arguments, records, and proceedings following an appeal.

Sharlene earned a B.A. from California State University, San Bernardino in 1997 and a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2003.
