Tiffanie D. Stasiak

Tiffanie D. Stasiak is a partner at Kutak Rock LLP, managing partner of its Denver office, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She focuses on construction and complex commercial litigation, representing public and private owners, developers, contractors, manufacturers, lenders, and investors. Her practice combines dispute resolution and litigation risk management for businesses and public entities involved in infrastructure, construction, development, and other commercial projects across the United States.

Tiffanie earned a B.A. from Saint Louis University and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. Her educational background also includes studies at Harvard Kennedy School. Her legal and academic training supports an approach that connects litigation strategy with business concerns and project risks. This combination is useful when clients face construction disputes involving technical evidence, large financial commitments, multiple contracting parties, and decisions about litigation or negotiated resolution.

Tiffanie advises clients on public-private partnership projects, construction delay claims, design and engineering disputes, and infrastructure and rail projects. She also handles payment claims, mechanic’s liens, surety disputes, insurance issues, and matters involving affordable housing and renewable energy developments. Before private practice, she worked on federal environmental enforcement matters as a Department of Justice contractor and represented Air Force interests in construction disputes. She handles arbitration and litigation in state and federal courts.
