Shari J. McPhail

Shari J. McPhail is a dedicated family law attorney based in Wheeling, West Virginia. She serves clients with care and understanding during difficult times. Her practice focuses on helping individuals and families resolve legal issues while providing steady guidance and clear communication throughout the process.

Shari earned her J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1998, where she was a Moot Court Champion in 1997. She also earned a B.S. from Temple University in 1994, graduating cum laude with a major in Early Childhood/Elementary Education.

Shari focuses her practice on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, grandparent rights, and related issues. Shari J. McPhail is the Managing Partner of her firm and the proud mother of four children. She was born in the Ohio Valley and returned to Wheeling in 2003. Her personal and professional experience helps her connect with clients and understand the challenges they face.
